Any good DC/NoVA places to get someone to create a wedding dress that should cost 5k but doesnt? I love this Rivini Kendra dress but just can't afford it

There is an upscale* consignment store that specializes in designer dresses in the Del Ray section of Alexandria. I don't remember the name. But you could call them and see if they had it in stock.

*They only take dresses that retail higher than $2000. I believe most of the dresses are $1000-$4000.
