DESPERATE Looking for bride who married in Long Beach, CA in 2006

posted 5 months ago in Inland Empire, California

My name is Silvia, I was married in 2004 and my photographer, Justin Haller from PCH was my photographer.  Well, from what I understand this man left many women hanging, including me.  After three years of my pestering, he finally was man enough to at least tell me which photo lab had my photos and the album I had paid for.

Thank god they still had my photos and album!!  I just recieved the completed album this past week!!!! FOUR Years Later!!!  Anyhow, along with my photos, I received the originals in digital format.... AHA to my surprise I also received digital photos for another bride.  I am assuming she was also one of Justin's customers.

The gentleman at the photo lab told me he had no idea who the bride was and did not make any effort to find out…  I thought what a horror for this young bride.  So here is what I do know about the bride, or what I can gather by looking at her photos:

The photos are labeled “Sally + Lauren"

The properties of the photos say they were created in March of 2006. The bride is blond, groom is tall, has dark brown hair.  She had 7 bridesmaids, they all wore tan dresses in different styles.  The maid of honor was a young black woman with a tattoo on her chest.  The bridesmaids are all holding red flowers and red boutonnières for the men.   The best man has a long hair in a ponytail and a goatee. The groom wore 2 small white calla lilies.  The bride wore a simple white strapless gown with buttons down the back.  She wore her hair half-up, half-down.

They had an outdoor wedding in what appears to be the courtyard of a hotel.  In one of the pictures the couple is under a flowered (bougainvillea) arch and there is a blue sign nearby that says “PCH club”.  When I do a search of PCH Club, it comes back to the Best Western Golden Sails hotel in Long Beach and many of the pictures on their website look like those on this brides photos.

So my investigative skills tell me they were married at this hotel.  Also many of the pictures are taken on the beach and I can see a very long, long pier in the background.  I am going to try to contact their catering department to see if they will contact this bride for me…but in the meantime…can anyone help?????   I have her pictures and it is a darn shame that no one cared enough to find her….it’s not that hard.  I promise I will find her…. Because I can only wish that someone would have done it for me…

Here's a couple things I've done..

Wow, that is so sweet of you for doing this! When you find her, she will love you! How terrible that you had such an irresponsible photographer though.. good luck in your search. The world would be a better place if there were more people like you.

How very awesome of you to try and find this bride!  Have you tried this site: http://ifoundyourcamera.blogspot.com/.  While its not quite like finding a camera, maybe you could scan a photo and put a caption of how you were mistakenly given her photos, etc.

Good luck!

Consider calling your local paper/news-- maybe they would run a photo of her!  What a sweet thing you're doing.
