Pies, cheesecake, cannolis, cupcakes.... anything really! As long as someone can hold it flat while they're taking it. Will that be an issue?
I just saw a post about a chocolate fondue fountain..add some strawberries, marshmellows, etc. That prob would be a hit! Should be easy to carry everything separately and then you can melt it when you get there.
Cupcakes are delicious and fun! And cakepops could be a hit too. Tartlets would be original.
We're doing a dessert bar as well! I don't know if you want to do candy but we are going to do bowls of m&m's and skittles I think. And then cake pops and mini cupcakes since they are so easy to quickly grab and eat!

We
re planning on having a dessert bar and I need help thinking of ideas that are easy to make in advance and transport to our semi destination wedding. Its only an hour and a half ferry ride so not too far.So far:
- Fruit candy salad (this will be in the centre, a big bowl with all of our favorite fruity candies)
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Mint brownies
Other possibilities:
- Oreo truffles (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/easy-oreo-truffles/detail.aspx)
- Pretzel turtles (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/pretzel-turtles/detail.aspx)
Any other suggestions? Also, for other bees who have done a similar thing, how many desserts did you make per guest?
Thanks in advance for your help!!
