I am considering doing a small two-three tiered cake for ceremonial purposes and then offering a dessert table that provides a bevy of delectibles from sweet to salty. So, my question is how much should I accomodate for per person when it comes to the dessert table? We expect around 150 guests. I would like to do a combination of cupcakes and cake pops, with other items like cookies, brownies, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered bacon, pretzles, etc. Do you have any recomendations on how much I should make per item? i.e. Should I have 1 of each per person or more than that? My assumption is that not everyone will have one of each item. My real concern is how many cupcakes and cake pops I should order.
