What about Prince Edward Island or Acadia Nat'l Park/Bar Harbor, ME? When is your date?
I dont have a date set - sometime in Sept/Oct 2012 I would think
Already been to PEI - its beautiful!
New York ,NY; Boston, MA, San Francisco, CA, or Las Vegas, NV would all be good choices if you want museums, aquariums, etc. and the weather should be good in all those. Obviously Vegas would be the warmest;-)
Fellow Canadian :)Head north.. muskoka or algonquin in the fall = beautiful!!!Quebec City is gorgeous and historical for sure!
Quebec is out - he went there with his ex wife for their honeymoon. I am thinking more to the USA maybe?
How about a trip to New England? You could visit Boston (historical, aquariums, Red Sox game, restaurants...) then make a drive up to northern NH and stay in a B&B, do some hiking and leaf peeping. That's a great time of year here!
Go to Old Orchard Beach or Hampton Beach! They have lots to do, and you are just a hop, skip, and a jump from Boston!

We live in Ontario and are trying to find destinations that are both inexpensive to travel to and have things to do such as historical sites, museums, aquariums etc. We can drive or fly but if we are going to fly, would prefer somewhere out of Canada/USA. Neither of us are beach people - but warm weather is nice :)
We have a seriously strict budget - wedding, rings AND honeymoon for under 10,000.00 if possible.
We live within 3 hours from the USA borders at Sarnia and Niagara Falls - would like to avoid the New York, Catskills area because I honeymooned there previously.
Any suggestions?
