I am brand new to Weddingbee. I was wondering if any of you bees got married at any of the Sandals resort, or been to a wedding at a Sandals resort? I am getting married there next June and need some feedback to calm my nerves.

A friend of mine looked into it…sounded like tons of fun. Her wedding got cancelled so we never made it down there. But sounds like they are all inclusive and they do group rates and all that. You’re drawbacks are gonna be that there are no kids allowed (maybe not a drawback for some) and also it gets tricky if youw ant to invite someone who’s single….it’s a resport pretty much made for couples with no kids.

@fresitachulita: yes… we are not having an kids at or in the wedding…I am nervous about the out come. You know how you see things in the pictures and catalogs and go ooooooh and aaaaaah. I just hope our wedding turns out to be the ooooooh and aaaaah effect. LOL!

I think it depends on the one. My boss got married at one in Turks & Caicos and he absolutely loved it and booked a regular trip to one in Jamaica (negril i think). and had an awful time.
It’s your wedding, you’ll have tons to stress about other than Sandals. Remember the overall picture
