I don’t know if I have any good advice for you as I’m pretty stress-y and sad too.  I’m so sorry you just hit the year mark for trying.

Different from you, I haven’t been trying for that long, and I’ve seen two cycles of BFPs (or 25, if you count the daily retesting).  However, I lost both at 6 weeks. It makes TTC even harder when a BFP essentially means even more anxiety, fear, and eventual sadness.  I’m only 2 weeks out from my last MC, but here’s what is helping me:

-Exercise

-Finding a project to focus on.  I started a food detox and planning meals takes A LOT of time with so many restrictions.  So I spend like 1-2 hours a night cooking dinner, another hour pinning new recipes and reading about the detox program, and instead of counting days until I O or days until I test, I’m counting days on the program, days left on the program, etc.

-My other project is decorating one room at a time in our house!! We have 3 empty rooms right now LOL

Sending an internet hug your way.  This will happen for us, it is just going to be more work than the magical stories other people get to have on their way to starting a family.  We will really EARN it.

I am running a ton- marathon in November.  I was going to skip my September race, but now I think I will do it and just do it for fun just to DO SOMETHING.  It’s good having other goals on the same timeline.

I totally know what you mean. It’s the worst during the TWW when you’re full of optimism and hope. Days go by so painfully slowly. And days leading up to POAS or AF build up too much anticipation it’s almost unbearable.

I’ve been cooking a lot more these days. Some fancy, some very basic. Grocery shopping and cooking really make the time go by fast. And this is the time I would have spent Googling and looking at my FF charts.

When I get my BFN, my husband and I make cocktails. He hate fruity drinks but he’ll make an exception that night and mix girly drinks for me. It totally takes the edge off and he makes me laugh.

GrannyPantiesRock:  I’m not gonna lie…………..Drinking on the weekends has increased! Yummy wine!

I visit websites that give me hope.  The best one for me is “My Bum Ovaries” she was taking the same suppliments etc that I am taking and got her BFP!  When I am feeling down I read her blog and it reassures me that it WILL happen.

I have increased my exercising as well as trying different baking/cooking recipies from Pinterest to keep my mind occupied.  We have also been adding storage spaces to our small house so we will have room when we do get our BFP!

ajillity81:  What distance triathlons did you do? I can’t swim for my life so I don’t even attempt that!  This will be my 6th marathon.  Technically I have only raced 2 and paced 3.  I’ve raced Philly and NYC before and I’m doing Erie and Philly this year.  Erie will be weird because I haven’t really trained.  First I broke a rib the first week of training and couldn’t do any intense workouts (I ran a slowish half) and then got Plantar Fasciitis.  I’m going to see how I can do with a 20 miler this weekend and if its ok I’ll run the marathon on 9/14.

ajillity81:  Does drinking and cutting yourself off from pregnant friends and couples with small children count?  Cause if so that’s how I cope right now….

MrsBananas:  I’ll answer for her- I think so.  I’m only on Cycle 1 and already the three women: 9 mos preg, 2 newborn babies at my office are on my “to avoid” list at the moment.  I worry that I have fertility problems because i had an eating disorder in my 20s and although recovered now, boy am I regretting that/paranoid.
