I havent had a wrap myself but I know a few people who have.
The moment that they drank a glass of water the results went away.
So if you chose to do the wrap make sure you dont do it to early.
Good Luck!
If you want to get rid of water weight, I guess you could do it. If you want to get rid of fat, save your money and just excercise more. :p
Ugh, well if the results go away as soon as I drink water, it's definitely not worth it. Guess I'm just doomed to spend more time at the gym! ;)
I work in the industry and yeah i am not into detox/slimming wraps. If your are wanting to get rid of the bloat go for a couple of sessions using a infrared sauna at a day spa. Twenty minutes in there is equivelant to a 30 minute jog. It will rid your body of excess water and toxins and stimulate your circulation. im also all for lympahtic drainage massage to shift a bit of bloat. Your on the right track with the salt, also watch the bread.

Has anyone tried getting a detox wrap or any other sorts of slimming wraps? My eating has been out of control lately, since I eat when i'm stressed and end up making bad food choices. My FI and I always eat together, so I always end up eating more than I mean too. Sooo not fair that he has an awesome metabolism, and I don't! :p
We have our engagement pics coming up in two weeks, and I'd love to lose some of this bloat! I'm definitely cutting out salt and drinking more water. Think getting a wrap done would be worth it? I know that it's not a long term fix, but I'm vain and want to look a bit less flabby for the pictures.
