I am looking for a dress shop in DFW with a large selection of samples or off-the rack gowns priced under $600 or so. I am a size 8-10 and I’ve found that the samples I’ve seen to average that in size. I’m a hands on person and I don’t like the idea of ordering a dress, plus I think I could find an amazing sample gown at a great price this way.
Any suggestions where I should go? Anywhere in the metroplex is fine.

Definitely check out Circle Park Bridal in Addison. They have a decent selection of beautiful dresses and they are all sold off the rack. I bought my dress for 99 dollars! Here’s their website: http://www.circleparkbridal.com

Check out the Dress Barn in Denton. I went there with my mom thinking I wouldn’t find anything, but I found an Alfred Angelo dress that I fell in love with. We spent about $400 on the dress, veil and headpiece.

I bought my dress from Circle Park Bridal and I absolutely love it. Here are a few other places I wanted to go to, but didn’t quite make it.
Lulu’s Bridal Boutique in Dallas
Main Street Bridal in Lewisville
Lasting Bridal Couture in Addison
Bridal Co. in Denton (this is an outlet and my friend bought her dress there for $300)
These are pictures of my dress that I bought at Circle Park Bridal for $700.

Since you are a sample size, sign up for all the local bridal salons’ email lists. That way you’ll be notified when they have a sample sale. Ones that have sample sales regularly:
1) Terry Costa
2) Patsy’s Bridal Boutique
3) Stardust Celebrations

While they don’t have a “large selection” per se, it’s definitely worth it to at least pop into Anonymously Yours on Forrest Lane. They are used dresses, yes, but when I bought my $160 dress there, I spotted Vera Wang for $600, Nicole Miller for $400, etc. Dresses along the lines of David’s Bridal run $99 in this store, also.

I got mine at anonymously yours too, mine is brand new though and was from a store closing. they do let people try them on and some are resales, and a lot end up with makeup/spray tan on them-but they will get them cleaned for you once you pay or put a deposit down on them.
