We've been TTC since July. DH is 43. We just did a SA and it showed ZERO sperm. Like he had a vasectomy. His car was hit by a drunk driver in 1998 and had major injuries. Broken back, perforated bowel, coma for 3 weeks. I'm guessing that is what did it. But, he may not even be producing any sperm either.

We see his doctor at 10am today. I couldn't even make it into work today, I am gutted.

Oh my god.
