Darling Husband is not satisfied with what my wedding band looks like next to my ering. I would like to try on some new rings and we may go this weekend to see what the jeweler who made my ering has in stock.
Please help me with a starting point! Post suggestions
Ring pics (its supposed to be shared prong for the side stones?):

personally, I think it looks classic and beautiful!! Lovely e-ring also! What do you think of it? You’re the one who is going to be wearing it, so you need to like it. What doesn’t he like about it?

@megan331979: I wanted a plain band so we would have ‘matching’ish bands. I had posted before I wasn’t crazy about it because the height doesn’t match the height of the ering. I’m ok with waiting til later to get a new one but he doesn’t want to (we can afford it so it doens’t matter timing wise) He wants it to sparkle and what woman doesn’t love some extra sparkle?
Here’s our bands (he has since had his polished because the brushed portion almost polished itself):

@jpalm13: I think it looks great, and doesn’t steal the show from your ering!

If you want something with more sparkle, a matching prong set half eternity band would look great.

Quite frankly, I love it… I am a big fan of plain wedding bands.
Personally, I am not a fan of too much “bling,” and I think a wedding band shouldn’t blend in with an e-ring… symbollically, one is more important than the other (and in my mind, there should be a clear seperation then)
I also think that the original wedding is special! The actual thing you exchanged during the ceremony.
How about an enhancer band instead?
You can wear it below your wedding band or above your e-ring.

@jpalm13: awww…I see….gosh, I LOVE how they look together! Well, if your dh wants you to get a different ring…then I guess I would….my dh wouldn’t have tell me twice, that’s for sure! LOL
Are you able to keep the one you have now too? you could switch them out when you felt like it then…that would be nice!

It looks so good with the plain band though! Maybe just get a plain band that matches your husbands but is the same dimensions of the e-ring band. Otherwise I think this might look good in a matching gold color:

That’s too bad… I think it looks great and can’t imagine what would look better with it. He wants sparkle? Has he seen the engagement ring? lol. There’s already tons of sparkle, IMO.

Sounds like I need to tell Darling Husband he’s crazy! haha
@joya_aspera: I really can’t think of what would go well aside from a half eternity band.
