Both are CZ, but the Asha is coated, so will last longer.  I would go with the Asha.

I also do not like how Diamond Nexus pretends they are not CZ, lying to people.  Asha Diamonds is very honest about the product, and the fact that it is coated, so a bit tougher and will stay cleaner longer is a huge plus imo.  🙂

I would go with an Asha. They’re quite strong.

Diamond Nexus claims to have a lot of things. I would go with Asha. One of my bridesmaids has had a DN ring for two years and it already looks like crap.

I have seen a lot of comparison photos of them on the betterthandiamonds forum and the Asha wins out.   I would check that forum out for pic comparisons.

@dooner:  I vote asha if those are the two choices. I’ve just seen more bees on this board with them who loved them.  I have yet to come across a single positive comment about the nexus products.

Have you considered a white sapphire? Also less expensive, shows similar to a diamond and is a very solid gem.

Well the concern with them is you can’t really believe anything they say.  And if there is a problem, will they fix it?  I have not read a lot of reviews on them honestly, but I have read a lot of reviews on Asha on BTD.  Generally, people love their Asha.  A few people have chipped or scratched them in  a short period of time, so I would still treat it carefully.  But overall, I have not read about people not being happy with their purchase from BTD.

I like white sapphire as well, but it is nothing like diamond.

Another option is for you to go with the setting you like and have it set with a high quality regular cz, which will cost much less than Asha or DN.

this site sells nice ones at great prices:
