@eecuadrado:  I made a diaper cake for my cousin and used about 100 diapers for a three tier cake.  A lot of the tips suggest wrapping each diaper in an elastic to keep it rolled.  My sister helped and we were able to roll them in groups of ten and put an elastic around them.  It saved a ton of time and I think it total the cake took about 40 minutes to put together with the ribbon and toys etc.

I made one for my friend years ago.  It depends how big you want it.  We used different sizes, big size were in the bottom and the decreased the sizes as the cake got taller.  You might use half pack of each size, but if you are doing all one size then you might need a couple of packages.  Also, try looking for videos in Youtube.  Those are helpful!

I made one like  5 years ago for the first time and it came out nice… everyone thought it was super original gift and creative.  I would love to make another one, a better one.  I cannot remember how many diapers I used though. try youtube for tutorials.

I’ve made a few.  Huge ones though…lots of diapers!  The amount you need really just depends on the size cake you want.
