I use sudocreme on mine – recommended to me by a beauty therapist a while ago! Same prinicpal as this I guess. It works well only I feel a bit embarrassed about going to bed with my husband with big white splotches of cream all over my face and also it gets on the pillows and sheets! I might try your suggestion instead.

ohhhhh yay thanks for the tip 🙂 I’ve been putting a bit of cortizone on the really horrible ones (I get cystic acne on my back and jawline) which helps with the swelling and pain a fair bit, but that doesn’t help at all with the minor stuff, and it does thin your skin if you use it too much.

I need to go back to my dermatologist…

The medication I’m on kind of messes with my oil production. It’s high to begin with, but now it’s out of control. AGH. And it’s not an optional medication.

I’ll have to try that! I’ve also had acne since going off BC and it’s super lame

Has anyone tried those benzoyl peroxide gels or creams that are sold at the drugstore? I’ve had dreadful persistent acne on my face for years, and find that that’s the ONLY thing that makes it go away. I used it once in winter a year or two ago and found that, in winter, it makes my skin dry out badly, but I decided to give it another try a couple weeks ago and so far it is helping SO much and I have not had any side effects!

If it fails to keep working (as so many acne treatments do for me) I will have to try the diaper ointment!

I wonder how that would work on one’s face.  My acne is persistent, not bad, but always there despite what I try it feels like.  I’m going to go google more about this.  Thank you!

My boyfriend gets super bad exzema (<– I’m sure I butchered the spelling of that!) and diaper rash cream is the best thing for it! I use diaper cream and aloe for pretty much any and all skin irritations. I don’t even have kids but I always have diaper rash cream!
