I just started the South Beach diet today….tying to loose some weight before the big day! I need to loose more then probably possible but I will be happy with what I can get at this point! I took my son off from bus pick up yesterday and started waking him to school tihis morning! Once I was out there I went for a 30minute walk. So I feel pretty good about that! Only thing is right now I am SO full I feel like I have been eating like crazy. Maybe thats been my problem not eating as often as should and poor quailty fatty foods when I do eat. Lets hope this works! I am going to try to start posting at least once a day on where ths venture takes me because even if no one reads it I feel like it will help me stay on track. I would love to get some girls to share their stories/advice/support along the way! I am going to put up some before pictures too so I can track this progress……Lets hope this works!

I’m trying to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks, which is doabale, but hard since I’m already at a healthy weight. (for the record, if I lose 10lbs, I’ll still be at a healthy weight, just on the low end for my height).
I’ve learned stressing doesn’t help. Just pick a plan and stick with it and you will see results. Good luck!

I have been trying to just allowthings roll off myback. As you know its SO stressful planning a wedding that coupled with being a young mom of 4 its pretty crazy around here lately. But that being said I am determined! Before i had my first child just about 5 years ago (3 are my fiance’s and I 1 is his from a previous relationship but we have full custody THANK GOD!!!!) anyways I was a size 4! Right now I am at a 14-16 depending on the make. So I defeinetly have some work ahead of me. I am learning to relax and stick to the diet at all costs! I can proudly say i havent cheated on the diet today have already had my 8 8oz servings of water and have gone for 2 walks! Todays biggest accomplishment: making my “Magic Cookie Bars” with out testing!
