Some out of town guests barged back in to the room I was getting ready in lol. They figured that since they came from out of town it would be ok

Everyone was excited, of course!  We did family before so they could go eat and drink while we did a few more afterwards.

And they still cried when I came around the corner on Dad’s arm – I saw them.  🙂

@Meant2Bee:  yes – because I did a first take with my husband. There was a little bit on confusion because there was 2 weddings at once at my venue so some of my guest got to see me.

@Meant2Bee:  I was not happy at all lol! It took me a second to get over it and just be happy that they could make it to the wedding. Later, I found out that my brother was the one that sent them back there. Bottom line, lock the door!

@Meant2Bee:  Only family members, and a couple close family friends saw me before the ceremony, because we also did pictures beforehand. It didn;t have an effect on them seeing me walk down the aisle, that was still a very special moment!

Yes.  We did a first look and took all of our formal photos in a city park outside our venue about 90 minutes before the ceremony.  We finished about an hour before, and some early birds were in the lobby when we re-entered.  They all said how great we looked, gave congrats, etc.  It was fine!

Yes, a few of my Mom’s friends that live near or on the block swung by my house right before the ceremony.

A few people saw me at the church! There were like 10,000 people in my changing room!

We did all of our photos before the ceremony, and most of our guests got there early, so pretty much everyone saw us ahead of time. It was a bonus for us, as it allowed us even more hangout time with our favorite people. 🙂

No one stopped us to say anything other than to say “you look beautiful” (which I can’t complain lol) but there were a few guests that caught a glimpse becuase they came early and we were all going to the common area to wait for the wedding to start.

We had a ton see us.  We had our ketubah signing before the ceremony and there were probably 25 people there if not a few more.  We had already done first looks and the majority of pictures with the wedding party as well.

Yep, we did our first look at the hotel, and ran into a couple of people in the lobby on our way to the venue (one almost ran over the back of my dress.). Guests started arriving while we were finishing photos, so some saw me then, as well. It was funny- I felt that some of our guests were a little surprised that I wasn’t “hidden away” or something.

The only people who knew what room I was in were my Mom, photographer, and MOHs- I had heard enough stories from other brides that I knew I wanted my “private time.” 🙂

@Meant2Bee:  Our shuttle bus from the hotel pulled up when I was just trying to sneak back into the bridal suite after taking photos. So from a distance about half our guests saw me. Kinda wished they hadn’t, but all I cared about was DH not seeing me so it wasn’t the biggest deal anyway.
