I'm totally in love. I was going to get a 32gb black one, but I got white instead since the case I chose was white and pink, plus I'll be able to tell it apart from DH's black one I picked up for him :) I freaking LOVE IT!!! I had a 3g before and it was SO slow. I mean, I knew it was slow, but I didn't realize just how slow until I got this one!!

I am in love with Siri, although in Canada we don't have the locate services yet (so she can't tell me where there's a restaurant near by, etc) but I'm hoping they update that soon. She has some funny lines. If you ask her to marry you she says "Let's just be friends", LOL!!! I asked her to tell me a joke and she said "Two iPhones walked into a bar... I can't remember the rest" and when I asked her to beam me up she asked "Wifi or 3G?". I love it! The camera is amazing, I'm loving the folders, and I can hardly wait for DH to get home so we can hook his up and do facetime!!!

I seriously need a nap but I'm so enamoured with my phone I can't sleep. *Geek moment: I was so excited last night I had a really hard time sleeping.* I was up at 6am this morning, in line at 7:40, store opened at 8 (I was #4 in line), and I had a phone in my hand at 8:15. Secret to my success? I went to my little phone provider's kiosk rather than the big Apple store in the same mall. There was barely anyone there!

Oh plus I'm super excited Sushicat is running like nobody's business on my new phone! I hated that it always self destructed on my 3G!!!

@amnystik: Dude. You have to download the SushiCat app!! It's a game. It's really simple but ridiculously addicting and fun. I love me some SushiCat!! LOL! Siri is amazing. I'm so happy I upgraded today, it's a HUGE world of difference. DH thinks we can likely sell our old 3G phones for about $90 which would balance out what I paid for mine (my cell phone provider gives you 5% of your bill back in reward dollars to put towards hardware upgrades, so that money plus the discount for signing a new contract meant I only had to pay $90 for my new phone).

@Ms.Pink: She's a little woman who lives in your phone and you push a button and say "What's the weather like in Orlando Florida?" and she answers "Hmmm let me check..." and then reads you the forecast and brings it up on the screen. Seriously, anything you need to know, she'll find it out for you. It's amazing. She can even text for you!!

@amnystik: Meh, someone on Ebay will buy it I'm sure ;) It still runs on v4.whatever, so there might be someone out there who wants it, even just for parts.

@Ms.Pink: I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!! I spent like two hours today asking her inane questions! LOL!

@amnystik: I have a feeling Siri is going to become the "other woman" in DH's life, especially once she has GPS capabilities in Canada! LOL!

@gogogiraffes: Oooh just you wait until you give Siri a whirl. And the camera is SO much better than my 3G! I'm not embarassed to show people my phone now!! Nor do I ever have to start a sentence with "Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic" again!

@Jayparadise: I'm on Wifi and I have a 6gb monthly plan. I'll be fine :) But thanks for the heads up, it's funny that you don't really think about where it all comes from!

We had an ultimate fail last night. We went out to a neighbourhood party and cut out a little early because both DH and I were anxious to get his new phone set up since he's going to a wedding far away this weekend and staying the night, so Facetime would have been really great to have while he's gone. We get home, unbox his phone and I start looking for the micro SIM card in the bag. It's not there. Then I realize the guy at the phone kiosk must have taken the one he was going to give me for DH and put it in my phone, and then forgotten to put another one in the bag for DH's phone. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I found out where there's another kiosk in a mall close to where the wedding is and gave him instructions to find his way there since he'll need to get a card for them anyways (knowing that there's no way my husband has planned ahead). Fingers crossed he follows through on it. 

@beekiss: The phone needs a SIM card to work. Our old iPhones took the regular size SIM and the iPhone 4s takes a micro sim, so you can't just transfer one to the other :(
