I was absolutely dying while I was watching it.  I'm a Ravens fan and Cundiff (and Evans) completely killed me.  Just wanted to see who else is suffering (or celebrating, if you're a Patriots fan) right now!

Well, I'm a Packer fan, so I'm still in mourning. I don't have cable so I didn't watch but I kept up with the score... I really dislike the Patriots and really didn't want them to be in another Super Bowl :(

I don't care about football but my DH is a pats fan. He was watching it downstairs and it was kind of hilarious listening to the alternating excited and angry yelling haha.

My FI was watching... I'm not big on football but I like the Ravens and it will be a sad night in our house but at least I don't have to watch the super bowl now. Football is over for another year!

I didnt watch it but was forced to listen to it on the radio while we ran errands...apparently I am upset because we wanted the ravens to win because of a vendeta against the patriots?

Yes! I'm a Patriots fan, and I was freaking out.  I can't believe he missed that kick! I was preparing myself for overtime, but I'll take it.  It was ugly, but a win is a win! SUPER BOWL! WOO! Smile

@MissOtter31:   Baltimore Ravens fan .... tonight sucked ... i was yelling at the TV FI thought i lost my mind (Bi**H please he roots for the dolphins).  I actually started crying when he missed that field goal.  It's not totally his fault, they SHOULD HAVE had that freakin TD earlier. ugh I really do not like tom brady.

I was looking forward to a family Superbowl (49ers vs Ravens) but it didn't work out.

Also a Packers fan and still sad, but I live in Baltimore now and watched it... I was kind of neutral, but my facebook is going nuts with people I know and what they have to say about the Ravens.

Yep, we're a Pats household! Got pretty nervous when Brady started giving the ball away and am still kind of in disbelief that it didn't go into overtime but I'll take it. Loooove a close, exciting game no matter who is playing...love it even more when my team wins ;)

    @MissOtter31:

    @Robin_Sparkles:

You know, the main reason I dislike the Patriots is because of the whole cheating deal that went on a couple years ago... I believe they were guilty. I know it's a few years later but I'm not over how they got to the Super Bowl that way... at least they lost the Super Bowl that year ;)

But I'm going to go cry some more about how the Packers really messed up that last game.

Sorry, born and raised Bostonian and thus, a true Patriot fan (I'm watching defense lineman Willfork right now) and cracking up the bubbly.

Good effort by the Ravens, though- they gave a good fight. What an exciting game!

To the Pats fans: no hard feelings!  The Ravens made some major mistakes tonight.

@accorn:  I was also hoping for a Harbaugh Super Bowl.  Hopefully the 49ers will win and there will be at least some representation.

@HisIrishPrincess:  I COMPLETELY AGREE.  And why the hell did they run it at 4th and 6?!  They should have kicked it, even though it was a further distance.  And Evans.  Sweet Jesus Evans dropping that ball just about made me cry.  He literally had victory in his hands.  ARGH.  I absolutely freaked out over that back-to-back interception though.

Pats fan through and through!! That was a rough game, I literally did not breathe the last few minutes of that game! It cracks me up that people dislike the Pats and Brady. Haters gonna hate, but honestly how many other QB's have gone to 5 super bowls? I really think the team pulled it together and have come this far for Myra!

FI is a die hard Pats fan. I was cooking dinner as the game was ending, and FI was in such a bad mood for the whole game. When that guy missed the kick thing, FI jumped up and was cheering like crazy (and scared the crap out of me). When the game ended, I went into the living room and FI had tears running down his face because he was so happy. What a guy lol.

I used to live in Providence and Boston.  I'm a huge Patriots fan.  I love those guys.  :)  I honestly through the kick was a no brainer.  I really thought it was going to overtime.

Did anyone see Tedy in the box at the end of the game?  He was sitting where Steven Tyler had been.

    BTW, Tyler's anthem...yikes.

Steelers fan here, so I dislike both teams, but I dislike the Ravens just a pinch more than the Pats. Altho, I admit my heart broke for Cundiff.

@MrsMaine:  *waves* We used to vacation in York...back when it was mostly beach shacks and the only think to do at night was bowl or watch the taffy machines in the window at Goldenrod.

I went back one year when I was living in Boston and it was pretty happening!  It was pretty sleepy when I was little.  :)

@mink:  I thought the same thing about ST's singing of the anthem! I love me some Steven Tyler but that was a little rough.

I live in NH so absolutely! Brady played BAD and I felt really bad for the Ravens player who missed the field goal. A win is a win though (as ugly as it was)!

@TheMrs2013:  I feel bad for Cundiff too.  Not really for missing the FG but for getting all the hate.  If Evans hadn't dropped the ball, we would have gotten a TD and then we would have won.  Cundiff could have only gotten us to overtime.  Evans could have secured a win.  So, I feel bad that he's getting most of the hate.

@TheMrs2013:  Yeah, with as much as I wanted the Ravens to lose, I also feel sorry for Billy Cundiff too.

In my regional twitter, the term #BillyCundiffPlaylist is trending, with people putting up songs he might be playing to himself right now. Things like Beyounce's song, "To the left to the left" (whatever it's called) Queen's "Under Pressure" and Some other song called "Stank leg"

    funny, but sad at once!

@JulesSchnooks:  Glad to see another Skins fan! I too was happy the Ravens lost; their fans can be kind crummy to us during the regular season. Still sucks to go out like that though.

HUGE Pats fan here! SO doesn't even like sports. Fine with me, that means I can raise an army of little Minutemen!

I work in a sports bar/restaraunt and actually started jumping up and down and screaming when they won. I stopped when I realized what I was doing (especially since I was surrounded by Ravens fans at all of my tables) but they all gave me REALLY good tips because apparently it was amusing. Lol

I want a Superbowl rematch! Patriots vs Giants!!

HUGE Ravens fan.  It is a sad, sad, night in Baltimore.  However, Flacco had an amazing game and totally out-played Tom Brady so at least the Flacco haters will subside a bit!

I'm watching the 49ers/Giants game now.  Fingers crossed for a 49ers win!  If I can't have John Harbaugh in the Super Bowl, I want Jim Harbaugh there!

@bdemps11:  So you get what I mean about wanting the Ravens to lose. It isn't the TEAM so much as it is the FANS during the season. it's like "give it a rest already!" because they usually talk so much crap. So it was refreshing to finally have them be quiet. :-)

One can only hope the 'skins will have a good season next year, but Snyder needs to keep his nose out of coaching, and they need to stick with a QB who isn't washed up!

PS: The G-men and 49er game is quite the nailbiter right now too. Not to threadjack but this is what football is all about!!
