Did I choose the right one?

Honestly, I LOVE the first dress. The top/bodice is so flattering to your body and with the right slip underneath I know it will look even more amazing.

@Hoot_owl:

I almost never respond to posts like these if I disagree with the decision of the bride, who has already purchased her dress and loves it. However, because you seem to be unsure, and I much prefer the dress you didn’t choose, and I’m hoping that, since you purchased a sample gown but would now want to spend more money at the store to order another dress, that the store would allow you to return the sample. If all of that is true, I think you should get the dress you didn’t select.

They both look fabulous on you!  I actually prefer the first one but if you decide to get the second you can’t go wrong.  You have a great figure.  🙂

@Brielle:  +1. That’s essentially what I was going to say too. I think they both look nice, but I don’t care for the bottom of the first dress (even if it becomes more poufy with tulle). I love the second one!

I love the first one on you!  It looks great on your figure and it is beautiful and unique.

The second one looks good too, so you really can’t go wrong.  But I think you should stick with the first one!

@Hoot_owl:  I think the first one is much better. The bottom is very unique and that dress really flatters your body a lot.

I dont like how the material drapes on the first one, at the bottom.

I like the second one….

@Hoot_owl:  to be honest, the draping around the hip area of the dress you bought just looks weird to me. It doesn’t make sense, and certainly doesnt do anything for your figure. I usually abide by the “if you dont have anything nice to say…” rule, but I think you can do much better.

I really like the sample one you got.  I love the different bottom.  I’m sure it looks better with the tulle underneath.  It’s really different! (In a good way).  It doesn’t look like every other lace gown.  I think you  could have easily gone either way, and would look amazing even in a paper bag, lol.  I’d keep the first one.  🙂

Once you put the tulle slip under the first dress, it will be perfect. It’s very flattering on you!
