I think chffion will work better than satin as your dress is lace and tulle.
My dress was tulle and lace and my BMs wore long flowy chiffon dresses. it looks great together!
I think it would work since fabrics used on both desses can be described as soft, flowy and romatic.

My dress is lace and tulle, very soft and romantic looking.
Tough I loved the look of satin in the BM dresses, I have one or two bm's who would benifit from a figure flattering fabric. Even the other two bm's who are stick thin, were a bit worried about wearing satin, since you can see everything. So, I went with long, flowy chiffon. Most of the color samples were in satin, but I choose a dusty/champagne rose color so I'm hoping it wont' affect the color much.
Will the chiffon work better with my dress or do you find it works better to go the opposite direction with satin?
