I just had my final dress fitting today and am second guessing my choice! I bought 3 dresses and am deffinetly OVER the first one, and thought I was over the second one, but after my final fitting today am having second thoughts. My mom was very upsed about dress #2 (an Elie Saab) because it showed so much cleavage, so I went shopping one last time, and fell in love with #3 (sophia Tolli) I gritted my teeth and ordered Mina. I had my hair trial today, and did some very light makeup and went to my final dress fitting today. Now I am second guessing myself. My family and friends were in love with dress #3, but I think my face looks thinner in #2. (I sound insane, I am aware) If I go with #2 I am going to have to have expensive emergency alterations done, and deal with the wrath of my fiance's family as well as mine. So girls, what do you think?

Stick with the Spohia Tolli. It is infinitely more flattering. The Mina makes you look thinner everywhere. You seriously look at least 2 sizes smaller in that dress than you do in the Ellie Saab.

the second dress does look better on you.  and you are right, it makes you look thinner.  i would go with my heart.  which one makes YOU feel good?  i understand we are trying to appease a lot of people, but it's your day!  besides, people are paying good money to have the goods you already have.  lol

I like them both and think they are both flattering.  I think I prefer the second except that i think it is a bit too revealing for a wedding (in my opinon).

I am confused..which one is number 2 and which one is number 3? Where is number 1? I like the strapless one.

#2 is the first one (strapless) #3 is the second one (cleavage) #1 isn't in the running. I am 10 pounds thinner in the recent pic #2, but still feel thinner in #3! UGH

I love the airiness of the second one, but it is a wee bit revealing. Still - go with what makes you feel best!

ok so you said that your mom thought the dress was too revealing and you called it dress number 2. and in the post above you said that the cleavage one is number 3. lol. im lost. but anyway.... i think that the dress does show too much cleavage. I like the dress alot...but only of it wasnt so revealing. And the strapless one is cute..it just needs to be a bit tighter.

Yep, sorry i am very tired, i reversed it! #2 is cleavage, #3 is strapless. I think I will have to stick with the strapless one, but maybe I will take my boudoir photo shoot in the Elie Saab If I can't sell it soon.

I like #3, non-cleavage.  I think you look slimmer in #3 and..well...cleavage.  Both are very beautiful dresses, but that's just my two cents.

I think you look gorgeous in both, but there is A LOT of boob in the second one. As a lady blessed with big girls, many a time I have looked back at pictures and regretted that the girls were so prominant. But, like I said you look stunning in both.

I see two dresses- I think the strapless one without the cleavage is much more slimming on you.

Go the one without the girls showing. I think you would absolutely have big regrets in getting the one with the girls. but you do look great in both.

The Ellie Saab is a lovely dress and you look great in it, but I agree it's a bit sexy (lots of cleavage!) for a wedding. The Mina is gorgeous, classic, flattering and 110% appropriate. Stick with your choice! (I like the idea of using the other for some sexy pics...then you get to wear it for something before selling.)

IMO, the one that has the large amount of cleavage is not a flattering dress.  The strapless gown is much more flattering in all the right places!  Stick with the strapless and ditch the cleavage!

I like the strapless a lot more. Sorry but I think the cleavage is just too much. Do you really want everyone to be looking at and talking about your boobs at your wedding?

knowing that the sophia tolli pic is of you ten pounds thinner, I agree that the Elie Saab is more thinning - I mean, it definitely will be now at 10 lbs thinner. But, I don't think it's wrth pushing the issue if your mom is adamant about the cleavage. The Sophia is lovely on you.

I think they both are gorgeous. I personally think that you should go with the strapless one. I think in the end you are going to be happy with that choice. The cleavage one is awesome but I know if I wore something like that at my wedding my family would kill me.

I think you look slimmer in #2, not #3. However, the clevage is overwhelming. I would have some work done to alter that (a good seamstress will have options for you) or go w/ #3 - either way, do stop buying dresses!!!

You look beautiful in both...but (IMO) there is WAY too much boob happening in that one dress. If they can change that I would probably pick that dress. Otherwise, the other one is beautiful too. GL.

I think the strapless is beautiful on you!  I love the idea of maybe doing the other for a boudoir shoot in the other as you will have the best of both worlds.  It looks gorgeous but is a little revealing IMO.

I have a decent size chest myself, but I'm not a fan of putting the girls out there, especially on my wedding day. I want people to think "what a lovely bride," not "what a lovely rack."

I like the overall design of the cleavage dress better-however, I think that the dress is so revealing it's distracting. You want people to look at you and think you're a beautiful bride, not that you have a beautiful rack. Just my opinion, for whatever it's worth. If there's not any way to have this dress fit properly in the bust, I would go with the other one. You still look beautiful in the other one and people will remember what you looked like for all the right reasons. Good luck!

I like the non-cleavage strapless one. I just think you look stunning in the strapless and the focus will be on how beautiful you look. I think everyone will be staring at your chest in the second one.

The cleavage one has a lot of it. But, if you really love it and want to do the rush alterations, could you have them add some lace/tulle/something so you aren't, um, popping out?

The cleavage one is definitley in my opinion way to revealing...the non-cleavage dress i think looks better on you, not just because its not as revealing but i love the dress altogether.

I think you look absolutely beautiful in the first dress you posted. You truly look like a bride!

To be honest I don't like the second dress you posted at all. All I notice is your chest and while your waist does look thinner I don't think it flatters your hips.

I like the the top one (w/o cleavage). You also look a lot happier in that dress compared to the bottom dress (w/ cleavage). Go with your gut feeling and what make you feel comfortable!

I think the Elie Saab is a much better dress for you all round - the skirt part of the sophia tolli is a little meringue-y. Anyway, why did you buy a new dress rather than get the cleavage ammended? it's showing way too much for a wedding, but that could have been changed, no doubt. And Elie is not a cheap designer... I say go with Elie and get the cleavage changed/wear a bolero to cover up a bit more, it's a much better dress on you.

I agree with @cherryshake. The Elie is a beautiful and classy dress. I had a dress crisis of my own and bought a second dress, and I can tell you if you had been selling that dress then I would've been a prospective buyer! It's not too late at all for alterations. All they need to do is a add some lace or tulle to the chest to cover up the cleavage. I bought my second dress a month before the wedding and it's being sized down 3 sizes as we speak!

I like the strapless, I just think it's a little more formal and elegant, the cleavage dress reminds me of a prom dress for some reason.

I like the strapless dress the best.  I think it makes you look thinner and fits you much better.  The bottom dress looks like it is way too tight because of all the cleavage.

From what is posted, I like the 2nd pictured dress more, but I do think that it shows too much cleavage.  The 1st picture looks nice, but I can really make a good decision because I can't see the bottom of the dress.

As far as your face looking thinner...I don't think it's an apples to apples comparison.  Your hair is up in one and down in the other.  I don't the dress has anything to do with how thin your face looks...?
