So I finally was able to look at the 10 day forcast for our wedding this morning! However, the results were not good. AT ALL. I’m freaking out!
60% chance of showers??? GAAAH! NOOO!
So my question is did anyone else see this? And did it eventually change? I’m freaking out.

All the time. I’m always looking at the 10 day forcast when I have events coming up.
It’s not very accurate 10 days out. It will definitely change over the next 10 days for sure. The question is will it change for the better? 🙂

Sorry it is so small! I cannot figure out how to change it 🙁

10 day forecasts are VERY inaccurate.

for us it was actually accurate. But I got married in the fall where it doesn’t rain as much. The only thing that did change was the temperature. 10 Days out the forecast said mostly sunny and 65. It ended up being mostly sunny and 55.

It’s really not that accurate at all 10 days in advance! Especially with showers.

Oh man..it said “cloudy”, then 3 days before my sister, who is a metheorologist sent me an e-mail sayin: “It will rain. You’re doomed” We had an outdoor ceremony..
I woke up to a rainy day alright and my heart sunk..then, as i was going on the car to the venue, a glimpse of sun..i was sooooo relieved to see that the venue mantained the ceremony place outside!! When i was ready to walk down the aisle, a few light raindrops..and then..sunshine!!!! I even got pretty sunburnt on the chest!!!

The forecast literally changed every day, right up to the day before the wedding. It drove me crazy. We went from showers, to sun, back to rain, to drizzle, to sun again, back to rain, etc. In the end, it was partly cloudy, and I couldn’t have cared less. The best part? The slight drizzle (like 30 seconds worth) that happened just as we got back into the limo to head to the reception right after we finished our pictures. Talk about timing!

Thanks bees. I’m going to be a nervous wreck about this until next Friday!
