(Closed) Did you do wine service with dinner?

We are also having red & white on the tables. I think it’s a nice extra touch but not completely necessary. We’re only having a 1 hour open bar, so in your case, I think it’s totally fine not to.

@SoontobeMrsA: If you want to do a toast you could have champagne or wine for a toast, but otherwise, if it’s an open bar-you don’t need to specifically have “wine service”.

@SoontobeMrsA: Yep, you can either have “service” or just set out on the tables. You’re right that service is actually butlered (I think I just made a word up) around opposed to self-serve on the tables.

Does your open bar include wine?

Ours did and ran the whole length of the party.

I would double check if they close the bar during dinner. Many weddings I’ve been to do that but then don’t tell the guests and it’s super annoying!

My package includes wine with dinner and the bar will be closed during that time.
