@His Barista:I am SUPER early. Like 3 weeks early. I feel like this everyday. It feels so surreal. You aren't alone.
haha yes I do too!! I am 6 weeks and even though it's like, ok, not having my period for the last 6 weeks should be a tell-tale sign, and the fact that I'm constantly tired! haha but I wonder sometimes too. I've heard it's usually the husband's that are wary of it, cause they don't feel/cant see anything - which makes sense. But I feel like until I start gaining weight and getting a baby bump, I feel the same.
Btw you're about the same along as me! I have a thread started for ladies due in February/March of 2012 - you should join!

I am so glad I'm not alone! I keep worrying I'll go to the Doctor and tell me I am crazy! We had to announce it on FB since SIL and my Mom posted about it everywhere. So even though I say it a lot, it doesn't feel completely real.
You're right. No period...tired. And I was dry heaving this morning. All pretty good indicators, tests or no. lol.
I was... then i was worried it may be in there but not alive, until I heard the heartbeat... And now I worry that between the last appointment and now, maybe now he's not alive... I can't wait to hear that heartbeat again!
With our first there were definitely times I worried this, it was a rough pregnancy and I was pretty well on my own for support which was really not good for the random pregnancy paranoia. Even after I had my first u/s & everything was confirmed I would still worry about it now and then.
I did that a lot. I like it a lot better now that I'm huge, and if I poke her she'll usually start moving around. That way I always know she's there and ok!
Oh, I worry that, too! I'm constantly worrying now that everything I do at work will hurt him/her!
Yes, but it has gotten better since the first ultrasound. Even now (13 weeks) I worry from time to time, but I'm getting more used to the idea of it. As much as I hate the morning sickness and am ready for it to end, it does give me a little relief that there really is something in there. Now I'm ready to feel the little rascal move around and start looking pregnant instead of fat.
@His Barista: I felt like that too, until this week. :( I was like, "this pregnancy this isn't too bad", but now the symptoms are coming in.
I found out I was pregnant at only like 3.5 weeks so in the beginning I worried about this a little bit, but unfortunately I've been nauseous since before I even found out. Most days I am too sick to possibly doubt that I am pregnant! (6 weeks now). It's more that I hope everything is okay. My hubby, however, only "half believes" I'm really pregnant... which is huge progress from a few weeks ago when he "didn't believe it at all"
@artbee: I can't wait for that!!
I complained to my midwife when I was early in pregnacy because I had NO symptoms other than no period. SHe told me to stop whinning and be grateful. (as a joke)
What she did was starting at nine weeks, she would let me take extra time with the heart beat monitor. (she doesnt believe in more than 2 ultrasound per pregancy, and any more only when an emergancy)
She said it was normal, and she got calls constantly about worries in early pregnancy, with nothing wrong.
Around 35 weeks I felt like I wasnt pregnant anymore and with out an exam or seeing me, she shipped me right to the ultrasound tech. My daughter was a MOVER and never stopped, but for almost 24 hours I didnt feel anything and my symptoms had stopped. SHe ended up kicking the ultrasound paddle as soon as it touched me!! She moved like crazy until they were done, then nothing. Ended up with a personal stethescope (my sisters that she had in nurseing school.) and got to hear her until 1 week later when she made a completely healthy apperence.
With my second we waited until 13 weeks, so I could not have everyone telling me what I should be feeling and making me paraniod.
Anytime in pregnancy you will feel like your not pregnant, unless you have constant sympoms. Just do what the dr says, and relax. Maybe the baby is just giving you a break before the real work starts!!
I refused to accept it until I saw the heartbeat on the ultrasound monitor. Just because a read out on a stick and some numbers on a blood draw are high doesn't mean there's really something in there. I wanted to see it for myself.

Hey Bees!
I am almost 5 weeks pregnant. I have my first doctor appointment on Tuesday, but I keep thinking, "What if I'm not really pregnant?"
I feel like it isn't logical for me to worry about it because I did have 3 postive tests (DH wanted to be absolutley sure) with 2 different brands.
I was sick this morning, but sometimes I worry since I don't "feel" pregnant yet.
Did your feelings change after the first appointment? Did you ever feel this way?
