We finally got ahold of the jewelry store that Fiance bought my e-ring from back in 2007 (yes, we’ve been engaged for ages lol). They currently have the wedding band for my e-ring in stock but there’s only one left. We told them to put it on hold for us because I really wanted to get the matching band. But, I don’t even know what it looks like and i dont want to buy it without first knowing what it looks like. Plus, the jewelry store is in a city 3hrs away so it’s not really easy to get to, especially with our 2yr old daughter in tow.
My Q is, did you get the matching wedding band for your e-ring or no? Can you show pics of your band and e-ring?

My ering was originally my hubby’s great grandma’s. So no, we didn’t get matching. Plus, it’s Jewish tradition to have a plain, uncut ring so I just bought a plain white gold band.

I didn’t get a matching ring. In fact, the diamonds on my engagement ring are princess cut and my wedding band has round and baguette diamonds.

I didn’t get the matching ring. My Engagement Ring band has pave set diamonds set into a wider platinum band (so you can see metal on both sides). The total width of the band is 3mm. I didn’t want a wedding band 3mm wide because 6mm total seemed too wide on my finger. So, I got a pave set wedding band that was only 2mm wide. It does “match” but it isn’t the matching band.

Yes I got the matching band partly due to the fact that my ring has such a significant curve I would have had to get anything else specially made.

I did not get the matching band to my ring. My stone on my e-ring is set into the band, but if you lay it on a table you can see the who diamond (suspension holding). The matching wedding band is the exact same as my e-ring, just without the stone … it just looked odd.

Mine was not a traditional e-ring (it’s a gemstone ring), so there was no band to match it. I need to start looking for one that’ll fit around it…hm.

I didn’t get “the” matching band, but that is because my ring is custom, so there isn’t one. If there would have been one, I probably would have purchased it. As it is, I am in the process of having a custom band made for mine. We had to return the original band we got because the setting was to tall. My custom band will look similar to the one CorgiTales has with 19 diamonds across it.
