Maybe you could write something like “save room for a sweet late night surprise”. So guests would know that there would be more food/snacks later, but not exactly what?

i wouldn’t put anything about the late night details! i’ve never seen a menu that mentioned it, it’s always just a pleasant surprise later 🙂

I agree with having a little statement about a “late night surprise” at the bottom of the menu if you want them to have something to look forward to without giving it away too much.

Yes late night surprise is a cue idea and keeps guests wondering. BTW your food sounds delcious 😛
