I've only attended one bachelorette party where they provided the guests with "loot bags," and it was a combination bachelorette party/bridal shower. They put some colored pens, notepads/sticky notes in the theme of the shower, candies, lip gloss, a compact, a small vial of perfume, and a few other small things. I'm not sure who paid for it, but I got them impression the host took care of most, if not all, of the bill.

I thought of doing this for my party but I decided that there really wasn't anything I could get for everyone that would be relatively inexpensive and they would actually use later.
My MOH made goodie bags for me and my girls! She included a champagne flute, some pennie pops and a straw, and pins/buttons with random sayings like "Flirt", "Sassy", and "Bride" (i got that one!). They weren't anything big, but were a huge surprise and super special.
At the bachelorette party I went to recently, the MOH got everyone boas, buttons, straws. She also paid for the hotel at embassy suites which meant we all got free breakfast the next morning! She was an awesome host and we couldn't of asked for more!
I went to a bachelorette party this past summer and the MOH and Bride gave little loot bags to everyone. They included penis straws, absynthe lollipops, mini (airplane sized) bottles of booze, and those confetti poppers. It was really cute and very inexpensive to put together for 8 or 9 girls.
I would have done loot bags, but I had no idea who was coming. Luckily, one of my friends did! It included hangover remedies (Emergen-C), ginger chews, gum, candy, granola bars, face wipes and *love*!

Hi Bees,
Im wondering if giving bachelorette loot bags after a bachelorette party is a common thing. Also, what kind of things did you add to it? Who covers this? Bride or MOH?
