With my daughter, we thought for sure we would have a boy. There had been no girls in DH’s family in 78 years. I still had this feeling that she was a girl. I just kind of knew. (although I never said anything). I did have lots of baby dreams about baby girls, boys, what they’d look like, but none were accurate. lol

With this baby, I don’t think I really have a feeling. We’re not finding out the sex until birth. I guess I have a slight inkling towards it being a boy, but I am chalking that up to wishful thinking, and everyone around me telling me they think it’s a boy… only time will tell!

Before I even knew I was pregnant, I actually had a dream that involved my husband and I being at Disney with two little boys.  When I woke up I told my husband I thought I was pregnant and he thought I was crazy (the doctors had told us we probably wouldn’t be able to get pregnant).  It turns out we’re having twin boys!

I’m posting this now, so I can go back and look at this later and show my husband! I totally think we’re having a girl. I’m only 6 weeks along, but I’ve had this feeling for a long time that we’d have a girl first. My husband has 2 sisters and 2 brothers so it could go either way, but I’m calling it now, GIRL!

SoobySays:  Yes, I knew what all three of my kids were. I also knew I was pregnent before the tests showed with my daughters. I don’t know if it was wanting them so badly or what, but I just knew.

I dont have children and not TTC for a few more months but thought I give my input. My mom said she knew she was pregnant within a day or two after conceiving. She said she just knew. My best friend has two children and with both she knew what she was having almost immediately. Even when people would tell her she was having another boy, she would just smile and say no it’s a girl. I find it very interesting! As of right now I have always pictured myself with daughters but I guess we will find out!

I’m 27 weeks along and we aren’t finding out, but I feel so so sure that it’s a boy! No real reason, and I’m not one to have “feelings” that I believe. We’ll have girl names picked out just in case, but I’ll be so surprised if it’s a girl come delivery! I’ll try to remember to post back here in August.

When I first found out I was pregnant I felt very strongly that it was a girl… Then I had a dream we had a little boy, now I’m thinking it’s a boy. I’m drawn to boy stuff, I keep going back to the boy name I like etc. We’re team green so it will be a while before we know.

DH is convinced it’s a girl.

I just KNEW I was having a boy. No doubt in my mind. I had two dreams though that both had me having a girl. Even my friend said she dreamt I was having a girl. But I had heard sometimes if you dream it’s one sex, it usually ends up being the other…so there ya go..I was having a boy.

Then at my 20 week appointment, we found out it was a girl. I stopped making any type of predictions after that..lol.

I’ve had an uncanny guessing history for other people (maybe early next year for me when we start TTC)… Everyone swore my sister was having a girl, I knew my future nephew was a boy.  I’ve guessed correctly with my aunts and friends too.  My mom likes to joke that I was the only reassurance my dad had when she was pregnant with my brother- as a 7 year old, I was the only one saying it would be a boy! 🙂
