What a B! How old is your fiance? Even if you were 20 and he was 50, what’s it to her? She’s just jealous and trying to throw anything at you to hurt you. Punk.

Wow, that is low. Sounds like something my FH ex would say. I definitely sympathize for you!

You just need to ignore her, although I know it’s not always easy.

I’m in the reverse situation.  I divorced 10 years ago and he immediately turned around and married an 18 year old (he was 38 at the time).  I try to leave them alone and mind my own business but when I started dating my FI (who happens to be 11 years younger than me – 40 and 29), she left me a voicemail saying that I was trying to copy her because I’m “middle aged and miserable inside.”  She and my ex are in an unloving marriage where they threaten divorce every other weekend (according to my kids).  I’ve just learned to brush her off.

That’s a miserable lady venting her frustrations, you and your FI know what your relationship is and you don’t need her approval or support. Keep your chin up and keep it classy. She’s trying to get under your skin and the best thing you can do is not let her know she did.

@SoontobeMrsA: tell her to pull her shit together or I will do it for her.
