lets be real! all of us start planning and there are some times we like something and buy it without having a use for it.

So here is the question: Have you bought something for you wedding that you regret?? anything that you didnt used?? or something that you though it was going to be important and it wasnt?

I got a set of round hat boxes and made a card box with those and other supplies that I had on hand. Everyone that I have showed it to loves it, and I received excellant reveiws on it from a lot of bees. I even did a tutorial. I have decided that I hate it, so we will not be using it. I will be using something else instead. It is a book box and I will making a large bookmark to put on it to let guests know to put their cards and well wishes in it.

My first dress which I bought 2 years before the wedding. Clearly everyone knows this is a bad idea but I though otherwise and learned that lesson now that I changed my mind.

HA actually I can regret a pair of shoes. What am I gonna do with two pairs of green heels? I never really where green enough..

I have so much random stuff I bought. I am going to end up giving it all away. Its ridiculous how often I changed my mind and just kept buying stuff....

Everything I've bought so far has plans to be used at least once so hopefully, no? Although I feel like the items that will be used only once is kind of regretful. Sigh... The wonderful things about wedding planning. haha!

I regret my shoes and my jewelry.  I bought my shoes before my dress and now I feel like they don't "match".  I'm not sure if I'll replace them yet.

I bought a pair of shoes that were much higher than I'd normally wear.  After I bought them I agonized for months before I finally gave in and bought a second pair, and gave the first pair to a friend who is getting married.  (First pair was $150 - ouch, second pair was around $45).

I also paid for lit votives to be outside our venue which would have been very pretty - if it hadn't rained, so that was kind of a waste.

I bought a garter and forgot to put in on day of, so there went my something blue.  :)  Thankfully we weren't doing a garter toss.

I also made programs for everyone (and a few extra just in case) and not even half were taken.  That was really disappointing, as I spent a lot of time and effort on them.

Finally, I had paid for champagne to be in our bridal suite, which no one really drank.  I was too nervous to drink but I wish my bridesmaids had!
