- Wedding: October 2014
So I have a song picked out for my dad and I to dance to at the wedding and it’s called “It’s for my Dad” by Nancy Sinatra. It’s kind of a song from a daughter to a father telling him how thankful she is for all she has done for him.
This is the song for anyone interested: http://youtu.be/SmYJhRDBLvs
At first I thought it might be nice to surprise him with it at the wedding (I don’t even think he knows the song, so I thought the words might be a really nice gift for him). However, I got to thinking that he might want it to be a song we choose together (is that what is usually done?), or that I should at least play it for him before to make sure he likes it first.
So I’m just wondering, fellow bees….what did you do?
