I would ask a travel agent to do it. Travel agents are often privy to group discounts for all kinds of things (flights, hotels, restaurants, entertainment events, etc.)
Yeah, I don't think 5% is going to draw in enough people... sorry :( I think they would be better off mostly finding their own deals because a lot of people have crazy credit card rewards programs these days!

I tried doing some research with airlines for group travels since I have a good amount of people flying from California to Pennsylvania.
After getting a few emails back, I received a quote for 5% off airfare. I dont think that's a good enough discount right?
Has anyone arranged to use a certain airline and did group travel package for your OOT guests?
I think my guests can probably get a better discount from those sites: travelocity.com or orbitz.com. I'm just contemplating on whether to spend more time on this so that my guests can save $15 (5% off a $300 plane ticket)!
