It's funny you should ask. I didn't work out today, 'cause I was on Weddingbee! Great excuse, huh? I always try to find one.
I went for a hike with my dog, which I love, and then did the P90X ab ripper. Ouch!
I went for a run before work this morning - I didn't have too much time so it was a bit of a lame workout, but at least I did it!
Biked 9 miles, and also did some good leg work shopping and wandering around after dinner. :)
I was kind of a wimp today - only 25 minutes on the treadmill and then abwork. I'm building up my ability to run on the treadmill though, so at least I'm getting somewhere! I mostly do weight-training, so working on aerobic excerise is tough at times.
I just went for the regular morning walk, it is a bit demanding but I should workout in the afternoon as well, I need to tone up some areas 
Kind of...went for a 45 minute walk with my fiance and our puppy...I've been away from working out pretty much all this month, so I'm trying to at least start somewhere!
Hahaha good timing! I just took a break from the Post a Thon to go walk around the aquatic park! But I'm back!!!
(I know... walking is hardly a workout!)
P.S. Just realized that was my 50th post! Woohoo - not a newbee anymore!
Yes! But it was yard work, not gym time. Mowed the lawn, raked, cleaned up branches and apples, and earned a blister. I'll probably do some toning/stretching stuff before bed. :)
Just got done taking my pup for a walk. We both loved it! It's 65 degrees here...love love love it!!!! :)
I had an emotional day full of eating. =( Skipped even leaving the house ... haha I could've went on the bike (stationary) ... and drama happened inthe morning so I missed pilates.
You guys and your....your...motivation!!

I forced myself to go to the gym today. Just did some light cardio...30 minutes on the stairclimber.
5am is my gym time! Ran 6 miles on treadmill and 70 minutes on the gauntlet (stepmill), then 20 min. free weights and fit ball workout. This is pretty much what I do six days of the week and then the 7th day I crosstrain by doing an easy bike ride.
Weight lifting with my FI. We've been working out together and it's been nice have someone to motivate you. I've needed it more recently because last week was my first week back with my students and this week my two grad school classes start up again. (Can you say exhausted!) Tomorrow will be a cardio day once I get home from class around 8!

I worked a stretched shift today and didn't get out until 10p.m...but tomorrow I just have a meeting in the a.m and right after I am hitting the gym!
It would usually be an "on" day, but we were doing the 7 hour drive from FI's parents' house. So, I'll feel guilty, but get over it. It's 90 degrees here, so I'm glad to give myself a pass.
I was there, but I only did about 60% of my normal workout since I left work really late and was starving before I hit the gym. But I still got in over 30 min, so I don't feel too bad about it.
The hubs and I went to the park for an hour and played frisbee. It is one of my favorite "work outs" because neither of us is very good so we spend a lot of time friess chasing, but it hardly feels like working out! This is a routine I can get used too. Quality time with my hubs, and a pretty good work out!
Just a long walk and 20 minutes of lifting light weights. Does that count?
um....i went for a walk? you ladies are making me shameful.
@dereksbride: Whoa!! i am impressed! i think i got a workout from reading that!:-p i am training for a marathon, but i feel like i'm just sort of....eh....you know, not really focused. how do you stay so motivated?
Day 40ish of P90X! Legs/Back/Abs. And a nice long hot shower afterwards...
Well, I wouldn't say that I never miss a day...but i did work out this morning before work!
I'm lame and didn't workout today. My excuse is that my calves were so sore from my workout yesterday that I just couldn't!
But that's BS of course (although they ARE sore).
I'm going to pilates today with some cardio on the side (15 min before and 15 min after pilates)! I got me some medicine last night and I'm ready to go!
does biking 2km to work count? I will bike 2 more on the way home but aparently it only burns about 150 calories total so I'm not sure I can count it as a work out.
@ladybuglove- I know this sounds crazy but I just love working out and how it makes me feel, it is my mental outlet so I don't have to visit my therapist couch a lot more, HA!!! I also owned my own personal training business and also taught nutrition classes so I had to stay motivated if I was going to motivate people. I started getting in to working out when I was 17 and now 31 I am still gung hoe about going to the gym or running outside. I have the Rocky Mountains as my backdrop while running so that to me is motivating enough. You can do it ladybuglove, just take one step at a time and don't try to take on too much because if you don't accomplish it, which we know life gets busy you will get down on yourself.
Remember we are all given 24 hours a day, so find some time to fit it in. Also when dreading the gym or working out just think back to how great you feel when you are done!!
I did work out today. Took a few days off from the 30 day shred and started back up today. I thought I would be a little rusty after being off for a few days, but was able to get through all of it and was too out of breath afterwards. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be ready for level 2!!!

Even though I ended up working late, I did end up hitting the gym. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine while watching Sports Center.
