Yes ma'am I did my HIIT cardio and strength training this morning! Bet the sunrise was beautiful!!
I wish I was motivated enough to get a morning run in. I will be heading to the gym right after work to run a couple miles. And I can finally start lifting weights again, I'm so excited! I have been confined to only running for several weeks because of a rib injury.
I did not work out this morning. It's the first morning in 2 weeks that I haven't...but I do have a stomach bug and I fell off a stool last night and got pretty banged up so I wanted to take it easy today. I'm sure my trainer will yell at me tomorrow for not running today.
No, I just don't have the time/motivation in the morning. I usually go to the gym straight after work to relieve some stress :) Today will be my first day this week after being sick with a nasty cold. I'm excited to do some cardio!
I did weights last night, so I'm holding off on cardio until Friday. Today I'll probably try my hand at some more kettlebell exercises and do the regular push ups/crunches. :)
Not yet. I will be doing a kettlebell workout later. Burns 20 calories per minute!
I took the dogs on an hour long walk this morning. I'm having a hard time getting myself motivated to actually get my sweat on!
Yes! I am getting back on track with that after a bit of a hiatus. Did 30 mins of cardio and some stretching :)
No. I was planning on it, but had five vials of blood drawn this morning and feel like crap now.
Yes, I did the 30 day shread this morning. Only on day two but already feeling better!
Yes, I ran over 3 miles on the treadmill, did 20 minutes on the elipitcal, and 10 on the Stairmaster. I feel so much better on the days that I make myself get up and work out!
@Porkchop: I love HIIT - I did my first set of sprints this week and it was awesome :)
Today I'll work out after I get off - something I found on Pinterest. It's 30 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 25 high knees, 7 burpees, 10 crunches, 7 squats, 5 pushups, 10 crunches, 5 pushups, 7 squats, 30 jumping jacks, 1 minute wall sit (I'll probably sub a plank in for this at least once), 5 pushups, 25 high knees. You repeat it 2-3 times and do it as fast as you can while still using correct form.
I worked out with my trainer yesterday and my legs are so sore, I can barely walk. I'll probably end up doing something, but it'll be very low-key.

I took my dog on a nice & easy jog this morning. It's been too long since I was up to see the sun rise!
