We were exhausted and my back was killing me from my bustle. So no nothing happened.
nada on our part.
I literally fell asleep in my wedding dress it was about midnight when we got up to the hotel and we chatted for the next 2hrs about the day and just fell asleep!!We had to be up at 6am to drive to our capital airport (5hr) drive. Hopped on the plane at 1pm got to our honeymoon location at 11pm that night. Checked in and we were wrecked.. fell straight to sleep that night too!!
I am so scared I'm going to be too drunk and tired... he's going to freak out on me I can see it now. lol
Nothing too out of character for us, but it was hands down the best sex we've ever had. Consciously or not, we both definitely brought our A-game. I seriously burst into tears at the very end, just because I was so overwhelmed by him, in the best way. One highlight was him taking the big antique mirror off of the wall in the hotel room and repositioning it in front of the couch we were on at the time. Strangely, we never actually had sex in the bed, just but everywhere else in the suite.
My favorite part, though, was the 2am trip through the Taco Bell drive-true, because I was starving, and it was the only thing open.
We left straight for the airport from the reception. So we got busy in the limo. I was NOT expecting that!
I was totally expecting us to be too tired to do anything, but I was unzipping my dress and DH came over and went, "Oh, let me help you with that..." in a playful voice...and the rest is history. Very, very satisfying history.

my guy is pretty romantic, and did a great job of making the night perfect!
we went up to our AMAZING room, and cuddled/talked for a bit. then, i put on sexy lingerie and kept on the thigh highs i had under my dress, and we got busy! i had never worn lingerie for him before, and he loved it. the sex was great, and we both cried after.
after that, we put our clothes on and went down to the hotel bar/lounge and ordered a pizza! it was sooo fun. we also got to chat with a bride and groom who got married the same night!
Yes and no. We honestly didn't think we would, between fatigue and other factors. So the fact that we actually did it surpassed the mental picture I had in my mind. However...it was our first time, so no physical fireworks. It was emotionally wonderful, though.
Our night definitely surpassed my expectations in a good way. The sex was amazing (and we did it twice in one night for the first time - amazing sex twice, yes please!)
Plus, we have great memories of ordering delivery pizza to our hotel room at 2am because we were so hungry after everything.
We had great wedding night sex. It wasn't the best go round that we've ever had because of how tired we were, but it was high up there!
My corset actually felt like it bruised me for days afterward!
What was very special is he that he carried me over the threshold of our home. We spent the night before apart so he had set up candles in the bedroom and placed flowers all around. It was very sweet. We did do the deed but exhaustion kept the very sexy antics at bay until the honeymoon. I loved our wedding night but it was nothing out of the movies. Unless you think what I just described is movie-like!
Yeah, it was amazing. The next morning however, sucked. We were hungover, moving on like 5 hours of sleep (we are 8 hour people), and made it to the airport by the skin of our teeth. Seriously, we got there with 20 minutes until our plane took off, and made it on the plane 5 minutes before it left. It was crazy, and I am so thankful that there was no one in line for anything between walking in and getting on the plane!!! Hubs had a migraine the whole flight to San Juan, and I was just tired and hungover, and couldn't sleep. The flight attendants were super nice and accomodating though, since they knew we were on our honeymoon. And, we made friends with like 10 other couples on the cruise who were on their honeymoon as well!
our reception ended at 9pm so we weren't too exhausted. We had planned it that way. Our night was very special but its been a year and its only gotten better!
@Just_Squeeze mine did too! i had a bruise for almost a week on my ribs!

I always had high expectations for wedding night sex and mine totally lived up to it! actually it surpassed! i had bought white sexy lingerie - and i had never worn really sexy lingerie for my husband before, so he definitely liked that! and he had been bugging me throughout our entire relationship to do a strip tease for him, but i was always too shy! so i had vowed on our wedding night it would be my gift to him - and i pulled it off quite well if i must say so myself! he was also very pleased.....then finally, we made a video, LOL. so not me! but it was fun!! he is more paranoid than i am that our future kids will find it one day.
so all in all, it was definitely a night to be remembered! anyway, i can't talk about this with anyone i know (too shy of course to go into this much detail), so i thought weddingbee was a good place to share ;)
