Would you be able to get them a gift card to one of the stores they registered at? Not technically cash, but technically off their registry :) Lucky them for getting everything bought!!
I think I'd probably give cash. Since they already got everything they registered for, they can put the cash toward whatever they want.
I'd say cash or one of the places they registered. Here's hoping our non-attending guests are as considerate as you and your fiance!
I'd say cash or the gift card. They'd probably most appreciate cash! 
Wow, I wish my registry got cleaned off! Cash isn't a bad way to go--we're using our cash for a new fridge! And the gift cards to the places we registered are great--there is always stuff in store that you don't register for! If you MUST give a gift, go pick her out somethign taht wasn't on her registry, something cool, and include a gift receipt.

I would definitely like a gift card for a nice dinner out. We got once for Christmas to our favorite restaurant and it was really perfect for us. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this! Also, after all the saving we've been doing, we've really limited the number of times we allow ourselves to go out to eat. So after the wedding, we plan on splurging at a nice steakhouse or something.
I'd go with cash or a GC at one of their registry places. I know we've received a few of those GC and it helped us get some more items that we needed.

Our friends got married a few weeks ago, and we couldn't make it to the wedding because another set of friends got married and I was in the bridal party. Anyway, I had planned on getting something off the registery to gift them (they came to our wedding and gave a gift), but their registry is completely gone - everything's been bought.
Any ideas on what to gove? I'd rather give a gift than cash (as we didn't go to the wedding) but I'm not sure what to give since their registry is full. TIA!
