We ordered a bridesmaid dress through DidoBridal about 2.5 months prior to the big day. It took an extremely long time to arrive (6 weeks) so by the time it got here, we only had 4 weeks until the wedding. When the bridesmaid tried the dress on, it looked AWFUL. The sewing was zig-zagging along the lines of the dress, there was a STAIN on the inside of the dress, it was completely too big for her, the cut was awful and it had breast pads that were closer to her shoulders than the mark.<br />Straight away we wrote to them and requested to send back the dress and get a refund. But what did they tell us? That we should just pay to get the dress drycleaned and get the stitching fixed ourselves. They’ve refused to give our money back to us, despite photo evidence of the awful quality. Now we are having to get a seamstress to re-make the dress with the same fabric.<br /><br />Thanks a lot Didobridal for adding to the stress of my big day and being completely unreasonable and criminal!
