So a few weeks ago there was a thread that was started by another bee that I really liked that had to do with diet and exercise for the sake of being healthy and weight loss being just an added bonus. I really liked it and liked how other bees shared their goals, sucesses and tips, and it was a place where you could kind of check in and say what you did for that day. It had an overall positive tone and was super encouraging. There were recipes and snack and exercise tips too. So I was thinking maybe we could do a new one every week or 2 weeks if you ladies want to join in?
I was doing so good until FI and I went on a mini vaca to the bahamas and since we got back I got a cold and was on a diet and exercise break (not good) for almost 2 weeks. In those sad two weeks I have gone right back to square one. So as of today I’m looking to jump back on the good eating & fitness bandwagon & looking for other bees to join!
