So I have 3 months left. The day is October 24th … followed by a long honeymoon on a beach… in which I will be barely clad … so really I should be on a strict diet.
However fiance just ordered pizza and bbq ribs!!!!!!!!!!
I told him, are you NUTS we have 90 days left … and he thinks we should splurge now so we don’t have an attack before the wedding.

Enjoy it and then eat a lot of watermelon for the next few days. It’s all good. You can’t blow a diet in one meal.

I have 41 days and in the last week I have had McDonalds twice, two ice cream sundaes, two mochas, pizza, and lots of chips. I am having a full on diet emergency!
I do think it’s important to give in a little bit to certain splurges every once in a while or else you’ll be more likely to full on cheat–like me. 😛

Cheat all you want! It’s one day. Be happy, dieting can kill the buzz of a happy wedding day!

All of fall off the wagon every now and then. Just don’t do it too often.

Like my nutrionist said: it’s healthy to stay on your diet 80% of time, anymore than that and you’ll go crazy.
BTW, how was the pizza and ribs?

I second everyone else! It’s healthy to splurge every now and again, or else you end up binging big-time and really blowing your diet. I hope it was good!

I’m making 200 angel food cake cupcakes with pink frosting for my daughters birthday today. Frosting is an evil, evil thing. There will be cheating today.

I feel this way too…the second i start doing good, we wreck it all by going out for bad food! 🙂

Moderation. Eat some but not till you’re stuffed and then remember it and use it as motivation in your next workout! My FI is the opposite he has no trouble at all cutting down to completely healthy diet and sticks to it amazingly (which makes me feel guilty for all my vices) ! I am not all about starvation and constantly telling yourself no I think it is wrong to ALWAYS tell yourself no… just don’t ALWAYS tell yourself yes.

I’m 5 weeks away… and my birthday is this weekend. How do you NOT have birthday cake for your birthday? Yeah… I’ll be cheating.

LOL. Men don’t care, do they? ha. You DO have 3 months..a splurge once in awhile will keep you on track. You can’t be too strict for two long. Two weeks, tops, before you’ll go insane.
A trainer I met used this philosophy: 3 “cheat” meals a week, whether it’s sushi (c’mon, who stops at one roll?) or pizza or whatever. Don’t stuff yourself, and have a salad with it if/when you can. But now I go ‘Hmm. What 3 meals a week do I want over 500 or 600 and whether I decide to have scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, and two dinner meals a week. I mean, you can only do so much irreversible damage =]

You have to allow yourself something delish here and there…don’t deprive yourself or you’ll go nuts! hah…but definitely limit portions…so have a salad before the food arrives and allow yourself a couple of ribs and a slice or two of pizza. But yeah, one bad day wont ruin you 🙂

I can’t stop pigging out, so I won’t even try! 🙂 That being said, I really don’t eat that much, so I am ok! Enjoy your food! I always say I would rather be fat and happy than skinny and hungry!

My FI left General Tso’s leftovers in the fridge and was at his parents last night and I had every intention of having a Boca Burger for dinner and then I went in the fridge to get out my water and, well, I totally ate the leftovers. I then called him to tell him he’s no longer allowed to keep his leftovers in the firdge unless he takes them to work the next day.
