    Hello Fellow Bees! So i posted last thursday that I am starting a life changing "diet". I am overweight adn ready to get healthy! With the help from a fellow bee i have decided to go 5 days writting down everything I eat and what time and my emotions while eating  (before changing any eating habbits, so i can help analyze my behaviors). In my post on thursday I said I would keep you wonderful supporting ladies posted on my progress. I will not post what i ate all weekend bc that is pretty boring. Just by sharing this with my fellow bee that i am working together with i have noticed many opportunities to improve my diet. 

    I will start posting what i am eating everyday on my "diet" on Mondays. This will help me keep myself in check. Also, if you are real bored you could read it and give me any suggestions you have to improve my diet :D

    If you hate diet posts and think this is boring please just ignore my posts and i apologize but I need to hold myself accountable and this is the only way i can think of how to do this. I have NO excuses!!! I am overweight and unhealthy and I need to change my life now while I am still young and fairly healthy despite my weight.

    Here are some stats:

    Height:5'8

    Starting Weight-227lbs

    Todays weight-230lbs (that time of the month...eeekk)

    Goal weights

    April 1-212lbs

    June 6-205lbs

    Jan 1 2011-185lbs

    I CAN do this.I am doing this the old fashioned way with a healthy diet and exercise. If anyone has any success stories, encouraging words, or helpful hints please feel free to PM me or post on here!

    Go you!! You can do it!! I've lost almost 10 lbs since the beginning of January JUST from eating better (aka, realizing that I had zero veggies/fruits in my typical diet and changing that) and working out a few times a week. You can do it!!! If ever need any encouragement, don't hesitate to PM me! :)

    Also, I use thedailyplate to track what/how much i eat- definitely puts things into perspective when I want that extra snack or am tempted to cheat. :)

    awesome..thanks sapphirelady! congrats on loosing the weight! i love success stories...they give me hope :D

    I will be tracking what i eat every day (i will check out that track you suggested..thanks) and prob posting it on my weekly post so everyone can read my intake (even if i break down and eat something bad...every morsale that goes in my mouth i plan on posting) and they can make suggestions for me ( i am not shy)

    Clearly diets have not worked for me in the past so i am goign to take advantage of this wonderful site that is full of such wonderful, supportive and helpful ladies :D

     

    Tomorrow is my first day... actually in less than one hour!
