@carlypaige:  I have FB Moissy – 1 ct equivalent and unenhanced too (0.75 ct). Both are amazing. The new generation of FBs are not treated at all, they come from whiter rough so the cut is better too. I saw some lovely Amora Moissanites too though. I posted the pictures and videos of my rings in this thread: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/which-enhancement-if-any-for-moissanite#axzz2kRQD97ep

From what I’ve read the amora’s are not cut as well (on average) as the forever brilliant’s are because the forever brilliant stones are pre-screened, and the forever brilliant stones have a warranty that the amora’s do not have.  I have never seen an amora in real life (I have seen forever brilliants and unenhanced stones), but in photos on the bee the amora’s don’t look much different than unenhanced moissanites while the forever brilliant stones look very white to me.  I think the amoras are exaggerated online while the forever brilliants are underestimated.

@MrsChristopher:

@FutureDrAtkins: I suspect this is down to BTD and their continuous putdown of FB on their forums to promote their own products.
