Differences in wedding gown prices, what can I do?

You can call where you got the dress to see if they’ll match the lower price but they may not. A friend tried to get a local salon to match a lower price on the same dress at an out of town salon and they refused. She hadn’t ordered yet so she went with the out of town place.

Probably not much you could do but I would mention the price difference.  Even if they won’t match perhaps they will give you a discount on accesories or alterations.

If you payed a deposit there isn’t much you can do. You could ask, but I doubt they will change the price. But it never hurts to ask.

You can only ask…but retailers usually only price-match with other stores in the same category (ie high-end department stores will only match with other high-end department stores). A local bridal boutique is not on the same scale as Nordstrom, so I don’t think you can expect them to match the price…and to be honest they have the right to mark up products as little or as much as they choose, unfortunately.
