I would just tell your bridesmaid that. Mismatched weddings are very trendy but it's just not your thing. If you're honest she should understand, she is your bridesmaid afterall. :o) Hope that helps!

I had already decided that my MOH would have a different dress than my other bridesmaids, and she was the first to take an interest in finding her gown, so we have had her dress picked for a couple of months now. She is wearing Alfred Angelo #7006 in Coral. Then it was decided that the other girls would wear Alfred Angelo #7041, two of the maids in Lipstick, and two in Coral. NOW, that dress is offered in a cocktail length and one of my maids is being pushy about getting the shorter version, but one of the other girls wants to keep it long......I am already alternating colors, I think it would look ridiculous for one or two to have short dresses and three + girls having long. Sooo, do I be a bitch and make everyone have a long dress? Or...do I have all of the maids wear the cocktail and keep my MOH in her long gown?? HELP?? I am having an August wedding...so I understand the desire for the shorter dress, AND it is super cute, but I don't want my wedding party to look mismatched. I have 1 MOH, 4 bridesmaids, 2 jr bridemaids, and 2 flower girls....
