(Closed) Different centerpieces??

@kperry0427:  I think it’s completely fine to alternate the lanterns and the candelabras. I would stick with your original plan and paint the lanterns to match. No need to but the extra ones. Lots of brides alternate high/low centerpieces.

Many couples have high and low centerpieces. I would stick with your original candelabras and the lanterns.

I actually love the idea of the 1st candelabras and the lanterns! It gives it a cool contrast but they are still related (in that both can be carried to light the way) and that is actually a really cute hidden theme for a wedding, to me anyway. You could dress the lanterns up a little if you feel they don’t bring as much to the table as the candelabras do…

You could set some garland around them, a few fake flowers, moss, candles, set them on top of an old book or a slice of wood. That could make them stand out in their own way.

i love the lanterns and candelabras idea, and the high-low concept!
