12 is a lot of different personalities to bring all together...I can imagine how difficult that might be. It's pretty much impossible to please 12 people. I only have 2 and they're both awesome. Do you think you would feel comfortable having a conversation with the one(s) that are being difficult and explain they're causing you undue stress, and if they are really that displeased with the process, offer them the option of stepping down and attending as only a guest.
YES U MAY BE RIGHT....ITS 3 OUT OF THE 12 THAT ARE GIVING ME PROBLEMS SO I WILL TALK TO THEM AND GET THINGS CLEAR ON WHO'S WEDDING IT IS AND IF THEY CANT AGREE ON ANYTHING THAT SHOULD STEP DOWN.....GREAT IDEA MISSROBOTS!!!! THANKS......

12 is a huge amount!! Wow!!
If it's just 3 that are causing problems, I'd cut them out if I were you. If you really don't want to cut them out, be honest with them. It's your wedding and the dresses and colours, etc are your decision, not theirs. When they have their own weddings they'll get to decide what they want, and I bet they won't expect half the drama they're causing you. So tell them that, basically, they need to put up and shut up lol x

Ladies, have u ever had women to agree to be a bridesmaid then complain about every little detail of the dress you chose or the color u picked? I have 12 of them and I'm really consedering cutting all of them out!!!!!!!!!
