I haven't seen a lot of "mini" digital frames, but I have seen keychain ones.  I googled "keychain digital frames" and came up with this website:  http://www.digitalframe0.com/.  They're still kind of expensive (like $20-35/piece) but obviously cheaper than the full size frames.  Hope that helps!
