Actually a lot of wedding website sites do this, I think. Or you could just design them yourself using Powerpoint/Keynote, Pages, Publisher, InDesign, etc, really any design software and then convert to a PDF or image file to email them out.

I remember reading in Bride magazine that there's a site that designs a digital save the date for you for around $15. Now I can't remember which site it is. Can someone recommend one? I wanted to do something low-key and just email out the STDs and print a couple for the internet-challenged folk. Thanks!
