I have 1 subscription which is similar to good housekeeping, but Canadian (called Chatelaine.)  My rule is I will only buy other magazines when I am going on a flight, to keep me occupied!

Don’t do it, their stories aren’t even accurate (I know, like any of them are really reliable)!

Honestly, I feel much better and more satisfied in my own life when there’s less celebrity gossip, drama, and speculation filling my brain. Reach for that feeling!

I stopped w. the gossip mags and subscribe to People StyleWatch instead. It’s friendlier.

If you want a celebrity gossip magazine, at least go with People.  US Weekly isn’t even accurate.

A great entertainment magazine is Entertainment Weekly. Keeps you up to date on all the TV, movies and such without all the gossip. Might be a nice transition to a ‘better you’.

When I was into celeb gossip, I read thesuperficial.com a lot. Now I get my news from gawker.com which is a great mix of celeb gossip and real life events (I get depressed from the news but bored from fluff pieces, that site is a good mix for me). I also like TMZ on tv and other entertainment shows.

I like websites and TV better than magazines because I find they tend to report things more quickly and usually more accurately than gossip mags.

Just read tmz.com obsessively like I do.

Just remind yourself, you can read it all online for free. I know there is still something to be said for turning magazine pages and the occasional mag in the bathtub, but if I were going to splurge on a subscription it would be something meatier like Vogue or InStyle.
