    hahah I have a marquise.. and the last thing on my mind was that it ‘looks bigger’ than it really is… if anything I like it more because it is different than the standard/boring (in my opinion only) round. I also really like pears as well Laughing

    LOL, I think it is true (even though saying that makes me seem a bit cocky – I have a princess cut!)

    If “Royal Air” means “kind of a snob” then my asscher makes sense

    My E-Ring is Rounds with a few Baguettes thrown into the mix.  I’d say that I am definitely “a round” girl (my first E-Ring many many moons ago was a round as well).

    Baguettes are similar to Emeralds, so I read that description… and that kinds of sums me up as well.

    Looks like I made the right choice for me in My Guy, My Ring & My Diamond Shapes !!

    I’m a radiant girl, but I have a princess. I chose it because I like the lines and the cut itself, but I guess those are both accurate.

    @Woodstock: This!

    I wanted a marquise to stand out and be different because I don’t know anyone who has a marquise. Not because it looks bigger than it is.

    i think it’s pretty close.

    i’ve been engaged more than once and have had different shaped stones.  they definitely matched my character and personality at that time of my life.

    i now have an oval.

    This reminds me of horoscopes; vague enough that it will fit anyone. I don’t see cushions on here.

    I waffled between Asscher and Emerald cuts for months before finally deciding on an Asscher cut solitaire. Both descriptions fit me and my personality very well.
