I'm going to a dinner party tonight.  Usually, I bring a bottle of wine or maybe dessert or something.  However, the hostess for tonight insists she has plenty of wine and food and not to bring anything.  But I don't want to show up empty-handed!  Any ideas?  Flowers?

If she likes to cook - what about a nice bottle of olive oil?  Or, if she's a tea drinker, a pretty tin of tea?  Or, if she likes sweets - what about a nice box of specialty chocolates or truffles?

If you do take flowers - have it pre-arranged in a vase - don't show up with a bunch (it creates more work for her to put them in water, find a vase, etc.)
